“Jess was recommended by a good friend . I called them and told them my air conditioner was not performing correctly and could I get on their waiting list. The young lady that answered the phone who was very professional said they could come out that afternoon. I said I wasn’t gonna be there but I could give him my garage code. “We recently had a service problem on our house in Ocean City. I was back in Baltimore working and my family was staying at out home in OC. I get the call that it is warm in the house. Sio i call Hein HCAC. I talk with the office manager and she tells me they can be there that day and show up on time, diagnose thr problem and tell be what they can do. They took care of the blower motor the next day and it is all good. Let me also tell you that I also own an HVAC co in Baltimore, so it was hard to give away a service problem. They handled it the exact way that i would hope that my company would handle it. Thanks to a job well done! .
